Locked out of your email account? As long as you are able to receive messages to the recovery email or phone number associated with the account, we can help! Unfortunately, if you are unable to log in to your recovery email or do not have access to the recovery phone number, our staff will not be able to help you recover your old email, but can help you create a new one. If you are unsure about whether or not you have access to your recovery information, please call or visit us and we can help you decide which option is right for you.

What to Expect:
● Takes place indoors in a comfortable public space
● Accessible washrooms are available by taking the elevator or stairs to the main level
● Participants can sit in comfortable chairs or stand
● Electronic screens, bright colours, and/or reflective surfaces
It's important that our programs are accessible for everyone. We offer sensory materials for youth including wiggle cushions, ear defenders, and fidget toys at the main service desk—you do not need a library card.
