Homework Help Registration Request

Please complete the following form to request a position in Homework Help for the 2025/26 school year.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a position in the Homework Help program. A staff member will contact you within three business days to confirm details about your registration. If no positions are available, you will be offered a place on the wait list.

Important information about Homework Help

• Due to high demand for this program, each student is limited to 1 hour per week. Each 1-hour session may accommodate up to 3 students. Every reasonable effort will be made to group students by grade and subject.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, all Homework Help students are expected to attend weekly at their designated time during the period for which they are registered. Repeated absences will result in a student's withdrawal from the program.
• Adult caregivers are to drop off their child at the door to the Homework Help study room at the designated start time, and pick them up at the door promptly at the end of the session.
• Adult caregivers are to remain in the library building during their child's Homework Help session.
• Students are expected to supply their own work. If the student does not regularly have homework, adult caregivers are encouraged to speak to the child's teacher to provide supplementary worksheets and assignments to work on during Homework Help.
• Students are expected to behave according to the standards of a classroom setting. If a student's behavior interferes with the learning of other students in the session, they may be asked to leave.
