It's important that our programs are accessible for everyone. We offer sensory materials for youth including wiggle cushions, ear defenders, and fidget toys at the main service desk—you do not need a library card.
Our branches are fully accessible. Bob Harkins Branch has an elevator; Nechako Branch is on one level. If you have any questions about accessibility or need accommodations, please email ask@pgpl.ca with the program title and your question, or call us at 250-563-9251 ext. 100.
The Memory Project

Bob Harkins Branch
The Memory Project connects communities with Veterans and Canadian Armed Forces members who share their personal stories and experiences of military service.
Through first-hand storytelling, participants have the opportunity to learn about the experiences of those who served, and the importance of remembering their contributions.
Join us at the Prince George Public Library for an opportunity to listen, learn, and connect with a personal story from Canada’s military history.
