If you already have a library account but have lost or misplaced your card, or if your card has expired, please do not submit the application below, but visit your library branch to obtain a replacement card or renew your account. Submission of this application creates a temporary account for the applicant. To confirm your account and obtain your permanent library card, please visit your library branch with valid identification displaying your legal name and current address within 30 days of application submission.
Please note that some of our online resources, including Gale Courses, are not accessible until you upgrade from a temporary to a permanent library card.
