(18-25+yrs) Foundry Discussion Session: Emotional literacy: what even are feelings anyways?

Please note both branches of the library will be closed Friday, March 29th and Monday, April 1st. We will be open with regular hours (10am - 5pm), on Saturday, March 30th.

Join Brittany, Concurrent Disorders Clinician with Foundry Prince George, as she hosts a series of discussions surrounding various mental health, substance use, and disordered eating struggles. Engage in education, conversation, and discussion on different topics each month (listed below), with a focus on accessible information, destigmatization, and take home resources.

Tuesday monthly sessions are intended for those aged 13-18, and Thursday sessions are intended for those aged 18-25+.
