Learn about caring for your loved ones at various stages of life with Christine Sutherland. There will be two sessions, one which will focus on Palliative and Wheelchair care and one for Maternity. Both sessions will contain hands-on massage instruction, clips of her videos, and stories shared by Christine. Best learnt with your caregiver or maternity team for the most practical experience.

What to expect:
● Takes place indoors in a quiet, comfortable space
● The lighting is adjustable
● Accessible and inclusive washrooms are available nearby
● Participants can sit in chairs or stand
● Hands-on massage component, stuffed animals provided as a practice alternative

It's important that our programs are accessible for everyone. We offer sensory materials for youth including wiggle cushions, ear defenders, and fidget toys at the main service desk—you do not need a library card.
