Join Vernaye for a gentle, accessible yoga practice that supports strength, mobility, balance, and relaxation. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Vernaye adapts each class to meet the needs of those who attend, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all levels.

Classes include a quiet beginning and end, forward folds, side stretches, backbends, and twists with intentional breathing. Participants may choose to practice on a mat, in a chair, or remain standing as they move through the postures. Those wishing to use a mat are asked to bring their own.
