The Teen Art Workshop is an opportunity for young emerging artists to discuss their art with professionals. Teens will get feedback on their artistic pieces, instruction on pricing & preparing artwork for exhibition; as well as the chance to participate in a unique one-on-one mentoring opportunity with masters in their crafts.
Professionals available for mentorship:
Cliff Mann ~ Watercolor Painting
Wendy Young ~ Fusion Glass
Micheal Kast ~ Digital Photography
Drew Watmough ~ Traditional Photography
Diane Leveque ~ Indigenous Artwork
Christina Watts ~ Homemade Paint/pigments
Quinn Corbett ~ Sculpture & Diorama
Work on your art pieces all winter, then submit them to the Teen Art Showcase exhibition in the Bob Harkins Branch of the Prince George Public Library for the month of March. Prizes will be awarded to the best pieces at the Teen Art Reception April 5th.
Presented in partnership with the Prince George & District Community Arts Council.
