What makes a community? Who is in your village? How do we cultivate community in our own lives? What if we are rejected from our community? Over the past year, Asha Jade Goodwin has been collecting stories, poems, and essays from Canadians that tackle this topic. Taking readers from ripped-apart worlds to garden planets populated by geriatrics, or exploring the cosmos for a homework assignment, then coming home to have a cold drink at a lively local bar — in this collection, you'll find it all. Come join us while local authors read their stories!
