Homework Help

The Prince George Public Library (PGPL) is thrilled to announce the resumption of our beloved Homework Help tutoring program.

The PGPL Homework Help tutors work with small groups of students in grades 3-12 to build skills in English, Math and Sciences. Students will be paired with an experienced university student for their weekly session. Free, one-hour tutoring sessions will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and are booked on a first come, first served basis starting November 27th. Due to the high demand of the program, submitting a request form does not guarantee a position in the Homework Help program.

The Homework Help program has been a cornerstone of our community since 2015, offering a profound impact on many young lives. It is with great excitement and thankfulness that we can bring back this program once more in-person for those who need extra supports in their learning and are wanting to build their academic confidence and skills in a safe and welcoming space.

This educational program is made possible this year thanks to the Enhancement Grant funding from the Province of British Columbia.
