Touch a Truck - Exhibitor Registration

Please completed the following form to participate as an exhibitor in Touch a Truck 2024.
Due to spatial limitations, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. A staff member will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your position.

Exhibitors agree that they will not engage in the sale of any product or service during the Touch a Truck Event. They may, however, promote their services and products as long as no exchange of monies takes place.
Exhibitors agree that if unable to participate, they will contact PGPL staff at lclotildes@pgpl.ca, through our general email, or by phone as soon as possible.
Exhibitors agree to remain at the event for the full duration (10am-3pm).
Exhibitors will be assigned an arrival time of either 9:00 or 9:30, and agree to arrive during their assigned window. Arrivals and departures outside of those hours (with the exception of emergency vehicles) will not be permitted, to ensure the safety of all event participants.
