Our Chronic Condition Support Group is a community social group where people with any chronic condition can come together to socialize, connect, and learn from each other.

What to Expect
● Takes place indoors in a quiet, comfortable space
● The lighting in the room is bright and is not adjustable
● Accessible washrooms are available nearby
● Participants can sit in comfortable chairs or stand

It's important that our programs are accessible for everyone. We offer sensory materials for youth including wiggle cushions, ear defenders, and fidget toys at the main service desk—you do not need a library card.
