In 2023 in Canada, there were 62,365 reports of fraud totaling 41,111 victims of fraud with a total of $554M lost. This presentation introduces what frauds and scams are, common methods and schemes targeting Canadian seniors, safety strategies, and resources to consult if you or someone you know has been affected by frauds/scams.

Who’s ready to get tropical! Dress in your coolest warm weather attire and enjoy some sunny vibes and fun activities.

The Beach Bash NID activities include:

- Storytime at 1pm!
- Kinetic Sand Castle Play
- Make a Jellyfish craft
- Go fishing! Game + Fish Fact station
- Colour the Ocean (colouring station)
