Come hang out at the library and make new friends as you play a variety of video games!
Consoles may include: Xbox One, Xbox XS, PS5, Nintendo Switch. Not all consoles are available at all branches. There are a limited number of controllers available per console. Turn-taking will be coordinated at the discretion of library staff.
Provided games will:
- be pre-downloaded and ready to play in the game library of the available consoles
- be rated E or E10+ or T
- support local multiplayer or couch co-op gaming
Can't make it to Gaming Hour? The Gaming Area at the Bob Harkins Branch of the library is available any time the library is open! Youth aged 8-18 can use their library card to borrow a controller for a one-hour play session. (This service is not available during Gaming Hour programs)
