Meditation Circle

Join us for a community meditation circle facilitated by PGPL staff. We will practice seated meditation with a focus on the breath, which is a way to observe what we think and feel. Many people have found that this practice supports their well-being.

You don't need any previous experience with meditation to come to this program.

Please note that while staff leading the program practice meditation, they are not certified instructors. The program is intended to provide a welcoming space for people to practice together.
