Meditation Circle @Nechako

Join us for a community meditation circle facilitated by PGPL staff. We will practice seated meditation with a focus on the breath, which is a way to observe what we think and feel.

Many people have found that this practice supports their well-being. You don't need any previous experience with meditation to come to this program.

Please note that while staff leading the program practice meditation, they are not certified instructors. The program is intended to provide a welcoming space for people to practice together.

It's Easy Being Green

In partnership with REAPS, this series of programs is designed to teach you new ways you can waste less and save money!

March 5 – Vermicomposting 101 - Learn how to reduce food waste with red wigglers, reaping in “gardeners gold”. Opportunity to purchase your own vermicomposter.

April 2 – Seed Starting 101 Growing your own plants from seed is an inexpensive and rewarding way to start your garden! Learn the basics of seed starting including what to plant when, how to grow seedlings indoors or outdoors, and get hands-on experience by planting your own seeds to take home!
