Learn about the CRA, update your CRA account, get assistance with the Canada Child Benefit, Disability Tax Credit, and GST. Visit with Service Canada to talk about Social Insurance Numbers, Employment Insurance, Pension Programs, and Canada Dental Care Plan Information and Attestations. Volunteers will also be here so you can also get your taxes done! Requirements: Simple tax situation and total income per individual $35,000 or less or total income per couple $45,000 or less.

Gentle Seated Tai Chi @ Nechako

***PLEASE NOTE*** Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no Tai Chi on April 19 or 26. Sessions are anticipated to resume on May 3rd, but please check our website to confirm.

Join instructor Tom Hynd as he leads us through a Tai Chi form originally developed as a restorative practice for people suffering from arthritis. Anyone is welcome to join us for an hour of easy-to-follow gentle movement that can be done seated or standing.
