Ages 0 - 5* | 10:30 - 11:30am (Ball drop at 11:15)

Big Boogie
All ages* | 1:00 - 3:00pm (Ball drop at 2:45)

*Families with children in both age groups are encouraged to attend the Big Boogie.

Let’s make some Party Pants! Bring your old pants down to the library, and we’ll show you how to turn them into something new. Learn creative stitching patterns, draw your own design, or make a felt creation to sew on. Show off your cool new party pants at next Saturday’s New Years Boogie!

Gather to celebrate teen artists in our community and acknowledge the Teen Art Showcase winners. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Best Overall, Most Original, Best Use of Materials, Social Commentary, and People's Choice.

Event runs 1:00-2:00, prizes announced at 1:30.

Display your work, build your portfolio, and compete for prizes in the Teen Art Showcase! All mediums are accepted.

Art Intake:
Drop off your submission and complete an entry form at the Bob Harkins branch of the library between 3-6pm on Friday, February 9th, or 10-12am on Saturday, February 10th.

The Teen Art Workshop is an opportunity for young emerging artists to discuss their art with professionals. Teens will get feedback on their artistic pieces, instruction on pricing & preparing artwork for exhibition; as well as the chance to participate in a unique one-on-one mentoring opportunity with masters in their crafts, including:
