For dads, male caregivers and their children! This storytime will include traditional storytime elements as well as tips on how to encourage literacy and foster a love of reading with dad.

First come, first served. Capacity limits may be in effect.

Join us every week in the Knowledge Garden for activities and games!  The program will be run outside (in-person) in the Knowledge Garden with participants sitting on the grassy knoll in designated spots.

Two sessions will run each day 2:00-3:00pm and 4:00-5:00pm

Do you know a budding artist ready to share their work? Get ready for the Children’s Art Showcase! Take a picture of your masterpiece and send it to children@pgpl.ca and have it displayed on the library’s social media channels! All participants will be entered to win an Artist Prize Pack. For 5-12 yrs.

Submissions accepted throughout the month of February! One submission per child.

Join the Community Arts Council and PGPL for a virtual celebration of teen artists in our community! At this awards reception, five $100 prizes will be awarded: Best Overall, Most Original, Best Use of Materials, Social Commentary, and People's Choice.

Make 2021 your best year yet! Come together for an evening of vision boards. Using Canva, a free graphic design website,  participants will be shown a brief introduction of how to use the site, and will spend the rest of the time designing their personal vision boards and chatting about their goals and hopes for the future.
